Nik went to bed on 20/3/2013 at midnight, making plans for the next day. She planned to ask for extra volunteer hours at a local charity shop, she reported making new friends, and learning new skills. Feeling quite proud of herself. As her mum i am comforted knowing she went to sleep happy, contented. Its like she thought, thanks mum, you helped me get where i wanted to be....good night. She did not fulfil her plans, as i found her sleeping
